Most Instagrammable Spots in Aruba
Did you even go to Aruba if you can’t plaster your pictures all over the ‘gram?! If you’re looking for some Insta-worthy pictures during your Aruba vacation, then I’ve got you covered. Check out my list of all the most picture-perfect spots in this Caribbean paradise.
Eduardo’s Beach Shack
I’m starting off this list for an awesome two-for-one, because the only thing I love more than getting a good Instagram shot is getting a good bite to eat. At Eduardo’s Beach Shack you get the best of both worlds because as always, the phone eats first, but then you get to eat that delectable creation shortly afterwards. Yum!
Red Anchor at Seroe Colorado
Located at the Southeast point of the island, this big red anchor is the perfect pit stop when heading to Baby Beach. Climb onto the anchor for a fun pose!
Baby Beach tree
Baby Beach is a beautiful half crescent moon shaped bay will shallow turquoise water. Start to walk away from the crowded section, and this tree will sticks out like a sore thumb. I saw it on Instagram before visiting Aruba, so of course I wanted to snap a picture here as well. Just please be careful because there were a couple pit falls on the way out to the tree. Plus, the best poses are achieved my standing on the lower branches, and they are EXTREMELY slippery. I cut open my foot for this picture, but hey, anything for the ‘gram, right? (Don’t worry, it wasn’t anything too serious).
Rum Reef shower & infinity pool
If you keep walking past that funky tree, you’ll reach one of my favorite spots in Aruba, the Rum Reef Restaurant. So I can’t recommend the food because I was too cheap to get any, and I was in a little bit of a hurry. However, you have to buy something to get access to the rooftop infinity pool, so I can highly recommend the yummy Pina coladas, my go-to drink. Not only is this infinity pool an Instagrammer’s dream, but there’s also an outdoor shower. If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a model, then I highly suggest having a quick photoshoot with it – trust me, it’ll work it’s magic!
San Nicolas murals
If you’re crafting a colorful Instagram feed, then the murals in San Nicolas were made for you. San Nicolas is quickly becoming the artistic heart of Aruba, and it boasts some of the best street art and murals you’ve ever seen. The best part is that there’s color bursting around every corner, so the photo ops are limitless!
Aruba letters
I know, I know, these signs are the ultimate cliche tourist photos, but you’re here, so why not take them? Besides, by the end of your trip, you’ll want to be shouting, ” I LOVE ARUBA” from the rooftops, so the picture will just be further testament to what a great vacation you had on this one happy island.
Town Hall Building
I don’t know about you, but I’ve never seen a town hall like this before! It was so colorful and adorably cute, I just had to get a picture here. Just be careful because it’s on a narrow street. Your photographer or tripod will need to be across the street, and this was a pretty busy street in the midst of town so you’ll need to be patient as you wait for breaks in traffic.
Royal Plaza Mall
Believe it or not, yes, this is a real mall! I know it looks more like the Barbie Dream House than a shopping plaza, but it’s the perfect place to shop ’til you drop while browsing designer duds, or you can just spend your time having a mini photoshoot like I did.
Eagle Beach
There’s a good chance you’ve seen this iconic Divi tree once or twice because Eagle Beach was rated #3 of the world’s best beaches by TripAdvisor. It goes without saying that you need to come here during your trip to Aruba. Plus, there’s these cute swings.
Flamingo Beach
Last but certainly not least, this list wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Aruba’s most famous residents over on the Renaissance private island.
I tried to save the best for last, because this spot is sure to give your Instagram followers instant FOMO when they see you frolicking with your feathery friends. I have an entire blog post dedicated to visiting Flamingo Beach in Aruba because this is easily one of the best things to do in Aruba.
If you can’t make it to Renaissance Island or if you’ve just caught a case of flamingo fever, Lucy’s Retired Surfers Bar & Restaurant‘s fun and colorful flamingo wall is the next best thing! And you might as well grab some delicious grub and a drink while you’re at it.
